It has been brought to my attention by @masquerabe about my story Love Hoop being plagiarized. Certain parts have been taken and placed into this “writer’s” story, but they have also stolen a story by ShikiKira.
I think it is important to know because I know this writer has done this in the past with other people’s stories (basically stealing old stories and making them her own).

ShikiKira has been mostly affected by this, but I don’t think it is fair for any creator to be stolen from. @masquerabe also gave me information that the following FFN account has been plagiarizing old stories that have not been updated in a long time. Do look into her stories and report it if you find similarities (or let the respective authors know if you know them).

I’d like to add an extra note to this: Some stories will not be classified as crossovers though they will still have Kagome/OC elements in them that will read familiar to other stories that are/were crossovers themselves.
Remember, do not bully or harass this person, take the high road with them. With manners and professional. Even if what they’re doing is not all that professional itself.
Please, spread the word of what this person is doing by letting other writers that you are a fan of, know.

Thankfully in my case, the plagiarist removed my story two days after I called them out and informed my readers of their thievery. However, after they took down the parts containing my story, they immediately uploaded 8 new chapters to replace the ones taken down.
I’m still fairly pissed off over the matter, but now even more so. There is no excuse for stealing another writer’s hard work, and then piecing it together with parts of multiple other authors’ works and basically turning it into Frankenstein.

The forum got the information on the latter thief and there are some sources of original works she’d stolen. I’ve been dealing with this twat for so long I’m pretty burnt out. I actually danced in cheer when the thief had their account banned.
But the twat just hopped to another account and started re-uploading the stolen, Frankstien’d pieces…and she’s intending to upload all 72 stolen works she renamed a MC with her shitty OC, to that new account.
Yes. 72+ fics. And I caught the thief in the act when I was visiting the IY only category.
How? She never changed her OC’s name, and I later saw very same stolen fics I’d reported before. Just…the person is not very smart.
If you can help…please, help! Find the original works that I couldn’t find, contact the original writers, and report these fics!
