Can you do a scenario with Kagome as a Master to Gilgamesh (either in Zero or UBW is up to you) with him as a possessive bastard and her having none of it?
I do hope people like this one because I had trouble with it. Maybe I should go rewatch the series…
“So you had a talk with Kirei?”
The question pulled her out of her reading of scrolls and to the blonde Servant laying on the couch of their hideout. A hideout given by Kirei and Tokiomi as long as she remained loyal to their ultimate goal of the latter receiving the Holy Grail. The priestess’s eyes lowered back to her task, hating how comfortable her Servant was swirling the red wine in his wine glass.
“I did.” She replied. “I cannot share the details, if that is what your question is leading to, Gilgamesh.”
Stopping his movements, he glared at his Master from the corner of his eyes. “Classified, is it?”
“For now.” She replied, closing the first scroll in her hands.
Gilgamesh chuckled as he sat up and placed his glass of wine on the coffee table in front of him. Eyes remained glued on his master, watching as her feature were illuminated by the faint flickers of the candles in the office. In this light, she looked fragile, yet mysterious. The irony of him wanting only but submissive servants and followers, but this one, he was willing to break out of the norm. She was anything but submissive, and it delighted him to see the distraught expressions on her when blood was shed.
Something she did not agree with; something he had to prove: this war was only won with spoiled blood.
Aside from her morals, she was a strong Master. She knew what she was doing, but if only he could break that layer of ‘saint’.
“You have been spending an awfully amount of time with Kirei, Kagome. If I recall, you two have met, even without Tokiomi three times this week.” Gilgamesh’s brow rose. “Masters shouldn’t be meeting up outside without their Servants present.”
“I am sure Kirei-san had Assassin around.” She replied, grabbing the second scroll from her desk. “He is far more cautious than I am.”
“Assassin?” Gilgamesh’s glare returned. He stood from his seat, “so you decided to keep me away from these meetings?”
Before she could reply to his obvious-jealousy, she blinked the moment his fingers swiftly stole the scroll from her hands. Returning the glare, Kagome did not back away from his stare down. Obviously he was annoyed she had kept him away from her talks with Kirei, but her intentions in the end were something even Kirei did not know about.
“It is for the best.” Kagome replied. “Besides, you are not one to talk, Gilgamesh. You went and gave Saber and Rider a visit the other night, did you not?” She swiped the scroll from his hands. “So do not lecture me like you have control; I’m the Master here-”.
The slam of his hand on her desk made her jolt in her seat; eyes rose once again to see him leaning down to her level.
“Don’t think you can freely roam as you like, priestess. I may be your Servant, but I am not submissive. I bow to no one.”
The tone was evidence to her that arguing with him right now would only bring out bitterness.
“And I’ll remind you,” anger swelled within her, “I am not going to bow to you either; I do what I want, Gilgamesh.”
She immediately pressed her lips together the moment she found herself staring into his eyes as he had leaned further down. With his body over her desk, and her back firm to the back of her seat, she felt his aura rise with rage.
“Don’t get too comfortable, Kagome.” The corner of his lips stretched to an eerie smile. “I may not have much control in this scenario, but I will be released out of these Servant shackles, and,” his fingers hooked under her chin, “the tables will have turned.”
Replying with only but a hardened glare, Kagome knew it was only a matter of time in this war. She needed to put an end to the Kirei’s plans and destroy the Holy Grail.
Even if it meant dealing with this monster.
2nd request!!! How about Lancer (Fate Zero) and Kagome on a date!!!!! I really wonder how hectic that would be!!!!
Oh now this is interesting!
Pressing her knees together as she waited on a bench at the park, her breath became visible in puffs as she felt the cold giving her a long shiver. Was November ever this cold? Just two days ago they had received the first snow of the year, but records show snow had not appeared in November since fifty years ago.
“So cold, but it doesn’t stop anyone from going out.” Kagome sighed with a smile as she rubbed her cold hands together. Her eyes observed the families, couples, and individuals walking around biggest park of the city.
A small display of Christmas lights was already up, and in the next two weeks, the rest of the display would be available. It definitely gave the couple-y vibe. When was the last time she even did teenager things? Her life had been one fight after another since entering the Holy Grail War, and her personal life had been completely ignored. And here she was determined to focus on school ever since she got done with her mission in the feudal era.
She sighed again, thinking about her grades. ‘Okaa-san is going to have questions if she knows…’
“One cafe mocha.”
Kagome blinked at the white cup with a warm sleeve around it before eyes traveled to the smile. “Thank you, Lancer.” She spoke, taking the hot drink into her hands. The warmth of the cup made her sigh contently now feeling her hands enter heaven. “I’m surprised you knew about coffee.” She laughed.
As Lancer held his own cup of cafe mocha, he took a seat next to his Master. “I think you tend to forget that us Servants are given the knowledge of the world we are brought into for the war.”
“Ah,” she nodded, “that’s right.” Sometimes she was surprised he knew more than her in some political and social affairs.
Watching him take a sip of his drink from the corner of her eyes, she then put her sights back on the couples enjoying the cold night. This was out of the norm for both of them. Usually their lives were chaotic of nothing but one fight after another. Perhaps it was due to teaming up with Kiritsugu that she felt safe.
She shook her head lightly; she knew better than to keep her guard down even with that kind of pact.
“Relax.” Lancer’s tone softened.
Kagome turned to see him looking around the area.
“I’m keeping my guard up, but you are using energy just trying to sense everything around you.” Lancer chuckled. “I wouldn’t want my Master overexerting themselves.”
She blinked; she observed. If anything, it was him who always overexerted themselves.
Kagome scoffed back, “if I am going to relax, then you should, too. See,” she made a small gesture to get his attention to the couple on the other side of the side walk who were taking pictures together, “look how relaxed they are.”
Lancer blinked, “they are a couple.”
“Ah,” Kagome lowered her drink from her lips, “right. Ha-ha, guess we can’t be like that-” Noticing his palm waiting for her, she looked back to his eyes. “Um, what is it?”
“You want to take pictures don’t you?” Lancer smiled.
Heat rose over her cheeks as she shook her head with a nervous laugh. “A-Ah well, I didn’t necessarily mean that-”.
“I don’t mind. We can be on a date if you like. Besides, I have come to enjoy our time together because you just never know when it will be the last.”
Kagome blinked again noticing he was still waiting for her to give him her cellphone. Chuckling back, she dug it out from her purse before placing it on his palm.
“What if we suddenly need to leave because of enemies?” It was a terrifying thought, but something she needed to think about to be prepared.
“Then I’ll try to finish the job to come back to our date.” He smiled.
“You better not be planning that you go by yourself.” She gave him a light punch on his arm. “I’m coming with you.”
Nodding back at her decision, knowing there was no reason to argue back with her, he turned on the screen of her phone. But if there was something he was willing to keep secret was his doubts on making a pact with Kiritsugu. Saber was a warrior who kept her word, but her Master was a different matter.
Iskandar(Rider) and Waver Velvet ♡♡
Rating: A

I absolutely love him, and I think he is an underrated character. He basically was the wisest character in the series who knew what he was doing (although he did have his flaws). I think Rider would be a good character to guide Kagome and teach her a thing or two about being a warrior and trusting her instincts.
Rating: B

This boy came a long way, and let’s not go thinking in his grown-up image. Gosh, I melt. Anyways, Waver started out as a coward, but partnering him up with Rider really helped him throughout the series. Unlike Kagome learning from Rider, I think Waver would learn from Kagome as well. She takes risks, so he would try to learn from her.
Send me a pairing and I’ll rate it!
For the pairing rating, let’s do a Fate run! So how about: Lancer ( both), Gilgamesh, Kiritsugu, Kariya, Berserker (both), Rider (Zero), Waver, Archer Emiya, Rin, Assassin (UBW), and Shirou. Sorry if that’s too much, you don’t gotta do them all if you don’t want to!
Rating: A

I wish he had been treated better, and his master(s) were complete crap! I loved him the moment he came out on the series and I knew he had a good character, but gosh even Kiritsugu ruined it all…I see more Kagome becoming his master in a crossover, and to be honest, it would be nothing but angst. It’s Fate after all. Lancer (Diarmuid) would be overprotective of his master, but at the same time praise her for the person she is and the courage she holds. He knows not to underestimate Kagome, but that does not mean he would not go in first to protect her.
Rating: A

Now this Lancer is a complete 180 from Zero. He definitely has a bigger ego, but that would not mean he would not protect Kagome as his master. He would love to tease her with simple comments that he knows he would get a reaction from. But even if Kagome had ended up being someone else’s master or a servant herself, it still would not change Lancer’s interest in the girl. After all, he has an eye on things that are unique.
Rating: B

Now this bastard…believe it or not, I have a difficult time pairing him up with Kagome. Don’t get me wrong, I love him and his dark personality, but I don’t know how I could incorporate him with Kagome. Now there is the possibility of Kagome and Gilgamesh being servants and he meets her that way, but also the other possibility of Kagome becoming a master to Saber and so on. Hmm, I need to really think on this one because Gilgamesh is not one to let go of his “treasures” that easily.
Rating: A+

I loved seeing this man in action, and each time he fought I was amazed by the animation. In my opinion, I still think Fate/Zero was amazing compared to the others, but it had a lot to do with the characters. Kiritsugu was definitely twisted even though he had “good” intentions compared to the others. Kiritsugu and Kagome would have constant arguments on their beliefs and views in the Holy Grail War and in general, but that would also put a strain in their attraction towards each other even though Kiritsugu is so damn difficult to read.
Rating: A

It took me some time to get used to her personality, but in the end, I saw she had every right to brag on what she knew because…she knew! Heck, she was really prepared for the war! I think in terms of knowing Kagome, Rin would teach her the things she knows, but Rin would learn from Kagome about trusting your gut and the basics of aura reading, but of course, this would only work if both Rin and Kagome were masters.
Jōichirō Yukihira (Shokugeki no Soma), Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez (Bleach), Ginti (Death Parade), Saber (Fate Series), Dracule Mihawke (One Piece) ฅ(•ㅅ•❀)ฅ
Rating: B

A good looking father, that is all I have to say about this man, but then again, he has a really weird palate. But there is a reason for that! I think with Kagome, if I were to pair them up, I would like to play with the idea of them knowing each other since their Totsuki years and later seeing each other.
Rating: A

This bastard…that I fell in love with. His cockiness is attractive, but it can be easily shrugged off ha-ha, well with the right partner. He was a delight to write during my Bleach x Inuyasha crossovers, and I do miss it, but let’s not remember how bad Bleach went down. Tite Kubo does know how to draw attractive characters, that is for sure! With Kagome, Grimmjow would find himself annoyed at her constant nagging for him to leave and we all know she is not one to easily go quiet.
Rating: B

Death Parade brings back a lot of pain for me, and we can all agree the opening of this anime was a TRAP! I didn’t think I would get so invested in each character, but I was, and I wanted more episodes. More than anything, I wanted more interactions between Ginti and Decim. Ginti would definitely be the type to tell Kagome she needs to pass onto the next world without sugar coating it and making her cry. But no worries, he secretly is a teddy bear.

I want to give her a hug. I absolutely loved her the second I saw her in Fate/Zero. One of the best things about Fate is the way characters each have their end goal, but throughout the anime you witness their flaws. Those flaws is what I like about this show because even these characters have good intentions and the same end goal, they have different ways to approach it. I think Saber and Kagome would become friends instantly (whether she is her Master or enemy), but Kagome would teach her that it is okay to be selfish.

At first I wasn’t really into Mihawk…but he grew on me the more I saw him. I like the idea of him being Zoro’s “mentor”, and he has a sense of humor, although it’s rare. to be honest, I am not sure how I would incorporate Kagome into knowing or meeting Mihawk, but if I had to choose one way, it would be Kagome having connections with the Navy. Darn now I want to write the two one shots I got in mind…
A scenario with corrupted!Archer! Kagome and Master!Kotomine please?
Woah~ this is the first Kotomine scenario!
The turmoil within her cramped into pain everyday. The constant doubts echoing in her head ended with a begging of end to her nightmare. Her life, and after life, were not supposed to become like this, and all her heroic deeds were now tainted with the darkness that plunged in her heart.
A black heart.
Taking a look at the empty garden of their hideout, Kagome wondered what fate had planned. That was if fate continued to grace her with the light she needed. Her dark pupils narrowed at the sight of the cold night as her fingers dug into the concrete railing of the balcony she stood on.
She sought blood; she sought peace. Heart and mind forever at war until-
“Enjoying the view, my archer?”
Brows furrowed as her head turned over her shoulder to see her master emerging from the shadows produced by the curtains covering their windows.
Kagome’s attention was brought back to the peaceful garden, “keeping an eye on the garden, Kotomine-sama.”
Lowering the glass of red wine from his lips and eyes glued on her back, Kotomine watched as her stance was strong, fearless, and confident. He shaped her to the potential she had. The pureness she was known for was holding her back, and her continuous rebellious acts against his orders were beginning to become an issue.
But slowly, and pleasurably, he laid an egg of darkness to branch out within her. The process was a beautiful sight to him, and watching her fight against the urges for blood and destruction were joyous. “Gilgamesh brought to my attention you held back in finishing Saber off.”
Shoulders tensed; eyes narrowed on the branches swaying in the dark.
“I don’t have to remind you Kiritsugu is our enemy, and the one to obtain the Holy Grail is us.” Kotomine continued as he watched for any sign of hesitation on her body. “Care to explain, Kagome.”
There was no chance to escape the question, but she hated to think back to the battle. It took every ounce in her to stop herself from throwing away the last bit of her mercy. She never killed; she was not supposed to increase to the blood pool in this evil war.
But…she only had a spec of light left.
A spec.
“I will…,” she whispered, “I will next time.”
The war within her would not cease until he completely corrupted her.
And he was almost there.
